The reseller portal
The reseller portal is where approved resellers work. You sign in with your Microsoft account (with your own multi-factor authentication), see only your own requests and numbers, and FirstNet does the network work.

Signing in to the portal
There is no FirstNet password. You sign in with your own Microsoft work account, using the email address FirstNet activated.
The first time: open your activation link
FirstNet emails it once your account is approved. It works once and for 72 hours. On the page, choose Sign in with Microsoft.

Use your Microsoft work account and your company’s own multi-factor authentication. No Microsoft account? Microsoft emails you a one-time code instead.
Every time after that
Go to porting.firstnet.co.za and choose Sign in. Bookmark it. New accounts start in practice mode until FirstNet switches you live.
Trouble signing in? Link expired or already used: ask your FirstNet partner manager for a new one. Signed in with a different account: sign out of Microsoft and sign in with the activated address. If access is paused, FirstNet confirms who you are and restores it.
