What FirstNet Insights is
FirstNet Insights is FirstNet's internal business system. Only FirstNet staff use it, and there is no public sign-up. Our teams use it to run day-to-day work: customer service requests, quotes and orders, reseller support, and the news and videos FirstNet publishes on its website and social channels.
How FirstNet Insights uses YouTube
FirstNet Insights connects to FirstNet's own YouTube channel only. It uploads, schedules, captions and reschedules FirstNet's own approved videos, and it reads nothing else: no viewer data, comments, analytics or other channels. This data is never shared, sold, used for advertising or used to train AI. Access tokens are encrypted on FirstNet's servers in South Africa and deleted as soon as the channel is disconnected.
