Short answer
Yes. Approved resellers sell FirstNet cloud PBX, SIP trunks and voice minutes under their own brand. FirstNet runs the network, porting and numbers behind them.
In detail
Everything runs on FirstNet's own network and is supported by FirstNet, so you sell under your brand without building the platform. Voice runs on FirstNet's ICASA-licensed (ECNS/ECS) network, and the hosted PBX is the Yeastar P-Series platform from South Africa's number one Yeastar hosting partner.
What resellers can offer:
- Cloud PBX: hosted PBX and Microsoft Teams calling for your customers.
- Voice minutes and SIP trunks: bulk minutes with white-label or API-based integration, to build your own SIP, PBX or UCaaS offering.
- Number porting, and new numbers from FirstNet's registered ranges.
- Connectivity and Veeam backup, if you want to sell more than voice.
How to join: apply online with your company details, contacts and what you want to resell. A FirstNet partner manager confirms fit, pricing and onboarding. If you are approved, FirstNet emails a one-time activation link, you sign in with your own Microsoft work account, and new accounts start in practice mode.
Day to day, the reseller portal is where the work happens. You submit port-in requests, send customers a secure single-use link to upload porting documents, request numbers and track the status and dates of every request. You see only your own requests and numbers, FirstNet operators review every document, and FirstNet does the network work.
API access lets resellers provision minutes, track usage and automate processes, and fraud controls such as anomaly detection, destination blocking and spending controls help protect margins.
