Short answer
It depends on your links, budget and security needs. Complete suits a fresh start; Overlay keeps your links; Essentials is the low-cost entry.
In detail: Choosing a modern network package
The four packages:
- Complete: FirstNet fibre with LTE backup, a Peplink router, Cloudflare zero trust and cloud firewall, and 24/7 management. FirstNet owns the SLA end to end
- Overlay: a Peplink router and Cloudflare zero trust on top of the links you already have, so you do not break connectivity contracts. The SLA covers the managed device and security overlay, not third-party links
- Essentials: FirstNet business broadband, a compact Peplink router and the Cloudflare app on every user device. Best effort, with no SLA
- Advanced: a Fortinet or Sophos firewall on site with the vendor's zero trust agent, for regulated or high-risk organisations. FirstNet recommends a platform and you choose
Every package includes identity integration and a zero trust licence for each user, so it is more than a router or a firewall. A FirstNet specialist can work through the choice with you.
