- Helpdesk: 1,000 helpdesk call recordings analysed on the AI Factory.
- Retail group: GPU-optimised hosting that cleared a model deployment bottleneck the internal team had been stuck on for months.
- FMCG group: an AI programme across three workstreams, covering content, reporting and a hybrid hosting architecture.
