The portfolio:
- Microsoft 365: Business Basic, Standard and Premium, and Enterprise E3 and E5, covering Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune
- Microsoft Azure: IaaS, PaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, networking, storage, databases, AI services, Arc, backup and site recovery
- Security and compliance: Defender XDR, Purview for DLP and eDiscovery, and Entra ID P1, P2 and Governance
- Copilot: Copilot for Microsoft 365 in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, plus Copilot Studio
- Dynamics 365 and Power Platform: CRM, ERP including Business Central, and Power Apps, Automate, BI and Pages
- Windows and Office: Windows Enterprise and Pro, Office LTSC, Windows 365 Cloud PC and server CALs
Everything appears on one monthly rand invoice, with right-sizing every 90 days. Design, migration and managed services can be added where needed. Enterprise Agreements are not transacted, but FirstNet can advise on moving from one at renewal.
