Short answer
Yes. Verified Message ID extends your verified brand identity to SMS, for messages such as one-time PINs, payment alerts, delivery notices and appointment confirmations. It is available in the CX Solution subscription and is usually added once verified caller ID is live.
In detail
The wider engagement options:
- Verified Message ID: your verified identity on SMS, so customers can recognise genuine OTPs and alerts.
- Video Caller ID: a short branded video plays on the recipient's screen while the phone rings.
- Call Me Back: customers who miss your call can choose a callback slot.
- User Feedback: post-call ratings on missed, rejected and answered calls.
These are typically added after the core verified caller ID has shown value, around the 30 to 90-day review, so you build on measured results rather than switching everything on at once.
Using verified identity on both voice and SMS gives customers a consistent way to recognise you across channels. FirstNet scopes the SMS use cases with you, along with any integration needed, and manages the set-up as part of the same service, with changes and support handled by FirstNet rather than a separate vendor.
