Short answer
Yes. FirstNet Truecaller for Business works with your existing outbound numbers regardless of voice platform, and pairs natively with FirstNet hosted PBX and contact-centre solutions. It is a presentation and trust layer on top of your voice service, not a replacement for it.
In detail
How it fits different set-ups:
- Any PBX or carrier: verification is tied to your outbound numbers, so the underlying phone system does not need to change.
- FirstNet Managed Cloud PBX, SIP trunks and Teams calling: Truecaller can be added to the same voice contract.
- Contact centres and diallers: static call reasons work without integration, while dynamic reasons are passed per call from your CRM, dialler or contact-centre platform through the Truecaller API.
- FirstNet Smartz Contact Centre: pairing the predictive dialler with verified caller ID lets customers see who is calling.
What matters most is that you can prove ownership of the numbers you want verified, along with your business registration. FirstNet then applies one brand profile across all authorised numbers.
One practical point: your phone system must present the verified number as the caller ID on outbound calls, because the brand only appears for numbers that have been verified.
