Short answer
Results vary by customer base, so FirstNet does not promise a fixed uplift. Instead, a pilot on one or two priority numbers measures the change in answer rate against your own baseline before you roll out more widely.
In detail
How the improvement is measured:
- Baseline: answer rates on your priority numbers are captured at the start of the pilot.
- Pilot: the verified identity, green badge and call reasons go live on those numbers.
- Analytics: the dashboard tracks contact or pickup rate, time-slot patterns, spam-report trends and segmented call patterns.
- Review: a post-implementation review is held 30 to 90 days after rollout.
Results are shaped by how many of your customers use Truecaller, how clear and relevant your call reasons are, and when you call. The time-slot analysis shows when customers are most likely to pick up, so call timing can be adjusted.
Other measures worth tracking are fewer retries per contact, fewer spam reports and better conversion on outbound campaigns. For customers who still miss your call, Call Me Back lets them choose a callback slot, which can recover contacts that would otherwise need another attempt.
