Short answer
FirstNet Compliance Recording captures Microsoft Teams calls and meetings, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center, PBX, SIP and unified-communications systems, and inbound, outbound and blended contact centres. Recordings from every platform go into one tamper-proof archive with one retention policy, one search and one audit trail.
In detail
How capture works on each platform:
- Microsoft Teams: voice and meetings, with each recording tied to the user's identity.
- Zoom: Meetings, Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center. Recorded Zoom Phone users need the Power Pack licence.
- PBX, SIP and UC: FirstNet-hosted or customer-owned PBXs, via SIPREC, port mirroring or supported gateway integrations.
- Contact centres: inbound, outbound and blended, with integrations to common contact-centre platforms.
- Legacy recorders: historical recordings can be migrated in with chain of custody preserved.
The capture method for each PBX and contact-centre platform is validated by FirstNet's voice engineers during solution design, then connected and tested end to end before go-live.
Recordings are indexed against customer and agent identifiers and can be searched by metadata, user, date, tag or, with analytics enabled, transcript. API access supports automation, archive checks and third-party analytics.
