Short answer
Yes. The Capture tier includes standard CRM integrations, and the Engage tier adds loyalty integrations, segmentation and journeys. Non-standard CRM or customer data platform (CDP) integrations are confirmed with FirstNet first.
In detail
How the tiers build on each other:
- Connect: branded captive portal, flexible login (email, mobile, social, or OTP via SMS or WhatsApp), multi-site management and consent-based capture.
- Capture (Guest Intelligence): visitor recency, frequency, dwell and repeat visits, multi-site dashboards, scheduled reports, a consented first-party database and standard CRM integrations.
- Engage (Guest Engagement): everything in Capture, plus opt-in journeys, audience segmentation, automated campaigns and CRM or loyalty integrations.
The data that flows is consented first-party data: guests agree at login, and your organisation remains the data controller. That keeps CRM use aligned with POPIA, provided your consent wording, retention and downstream use are set up correctly, which FirstNet helps with.
Tiers can be mixed by venue, for example Capture at flagship sites only. If you plan to connect a specific CRM or loyalty platform, raise it during discovery so the integration path is confirmed before the pilot.
