Short answer
Not as standard, but it can be scoped. Out of the box, FirstNet AI Receptionist answers, routes, escalates, transcribes and triggers voicemail-to-email or callback flows. Deeper actions such as calendar bookings or CRM updates are scoped per customer during setup.
In detail
What it does out of the box:
- Answers calls 24/7 in natural language, using your own knowledge base.
- Routes calls by intent to menus, queues or extensions.
- Escalates complex or sensitive calls to a human agent in Linkus.
- Captures callbacks and triggers voicemail-to-email.
- Produces a transcript and AI summary for every call.
Separately, FirstNet Managed Cloud PBX offers CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and similar systems as add-ons. With AI Transcription, the call summary can sit alongside the call record for follow-up, which covers many follow-up needs without the AI Receptionist writing to the CRM itself.
If you need the AI Receptionist to act inside another system, such as booking a slot or updating a customer record, FirstNet's voice engineers scope it during design, together with routing, escalation rules and the knowledge base. Custom call flows and integrations are handled as separately scoped change requests, so you know exactly what is included before you commit.
