Short answer
You provide proof that you own the numbers and proof of business registration. FirstNet validates these with Truecaller and sets up your brand profile, including name, logo, category tag, business page and base call reasons, then pilots on one or two priority numbers before rolling out.
In detail
The onboarding steps:
- Scope: confirm the caller IDs in scope, call reasons and key contacts.
- Verification: provide proof of number ownership and business registration for FirstNet to validate with Truecaller.
- Brand profile: set up the brand name, logo, category tag, business profile page and base call reasons.
- Integration: connect your CRM or dialler if dynamic call reasons are needed.
- Pilot: go live on one or two priority numbers and capture baseline answer rates.
- Rollout: extend to the remaining numbers, with a post-implementation review after 30 to 90 days.
Timing depends on the size of your number estate, the integration scope and how quickly your internal brand and compliance approvals move. Large estates, multi-region rollouts and dynamic reasons start with a technical workshop before timelines are committed.
After handover, FirstNet's 24x7 Rapid Response service desk supports you and handles changes such as adding numbers or updating call reasons.
