Optional add-ons are FirstNet AI Receptionist, a 24/7 natural-language receptionist in 34 languages, and FirstNet AI Transcription, which produces live and post-call transcripts with AI summaries. Microsoft Teams calling integration, CRM integrations with systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and contact-centre reporting and wallboards are also available.
Because FirstNet designs, deploys, ports and runs the service, you get one contract, one bill and one escalation path across the PBX, trunks, numbers, softphones and AI add-ons, with billing aligned to the users actually licensed each month.
