Short answer
Verified business caller ID shows your brand on the recipient's phone when you call: your business name, logo, a green verified badge, a category tag and the reason for the call. FirstNet Truecaller for Business delivers it as a managed service on the Truecaller network, so recipients see who is calling and why before they answer.
In detail
What the recipient sees during the ring:
- Your business name, logo and category tag.
- A green verified badge confirming that the number and brand are genuine.
- A call reason, such as a payment reminder or delivery update.
Why it matters: unsaved numbers are increasingly treated as spam, and many people decline calls they do not recognise. A verified identity separates your calls from spoofed or community-suggested entries, and because the profile is locked, impersonators cannot change it.
It works on Android and iOS phones where Truecaller is installed; everyone else receives your calls as normal. It suits outbound teams in collections, healthcare appointments and results, deliveries, outbound sales and high-volume contact centres.
FirstNet handles verification, brand set-up, call reasons, the analytics dashboard and support. Optional extras include Video Caller ID, Call Me Back, User Feedback and Verified Message ID for SMS.
